Cornell Premium · Personal guide

Réussis comme toi.

Not someone else's method.

A guide of nearly 50 pages, built from your chart and your answers. Not a template lightly adjusted. You finally know why some methods never work for you, and which ones really do.

Does this sound like you?

You have already tried everything. The perfect plan, the method that works for your friend, the tips you found on Instagram. Nothing lasts more than two weeks.

  • ✕ You tell yourself you lack discipline, when you can spend hours on something that genuinely interests you, without effort.
  • ✕ Some days you get through a huge amount of work. Other days, twenty minutes empty you. You never know which one is coming.
  • ✕ You go round in circles before a decision, a subject, a course, a study group, and you still doubt after choosing.
  • ✕ You follow a revision method that works... for someone else.

It isn't a willpower problem. It's that nobody ever showed you how YOU work.

Why this document is different

There is only one copy of this guide in the whole world. Yours.

Two sources, not one

Your Human Design chart AND your answers to a personal questionnaire about your real study situation. Not a chart on its own, read in general terms.

Made to be reopened

The practical booklet of 9 sheets isn't made to be read once. You pull it out exactly when you need it, all year.

Built for studying

Every chapter answers a concrete student question: remembering, getting organised, handling an exam. Not « who are you in life ».

Connected to your system

One chapter tells you exactly how to use your Cornell Premium notebook, for the way you work.

What is in your guide

31 chapters, organised around 6 big questions

Every chapter follows the same shape: what you can observe in yourself, what actually helps, the most common mistakes, and a short action plan.

I

Understanding how I work

Your energy, your decisions, what defines you: the basics of your chart, explained for you.

II

Learning, remembering, focusing

How your brain handles information, what really holds your attention, why you put off certain tasks.

III

Protecting my energy and my emotions

Avoiding burnout, recovering properly, understanding your stress, your conditioning and your limiting beliefs.

IV

Organising my studies day to day

Your ideal work environment, your revision method, exam preparation, your relationships with teachers and classmates.

V

Looking ahead

Direction, the areas where you naturally excel, mistakes you repeat, and how to unlearn what does not suit you.

VI

Using my tools

How to use your Cornell Premium notebook for the exact way you work, and how to take care of yourself day to day.

As a bonus

The practical booklet · 9 sheets

Not just to read once. To pull out exactly when you need it, instead of going through the 50 pages every time.

How I work My ideal method When I procrastinate When I run low on energy When I'm stressed Preparing an exam My strengths My traps My action plan
What changes, concretely

In three weeks, it isn't the same school year any more.

You are not reading one more method. You are reading yourself, written down.

You feel guilty for not revising as planned → You know your energy comes in waves, and you plan with it, not against it
An exam is coming and you panic with no structure → You open the « Preparing an exam » sheet and you know exactly where to start
You procrastinate and you judge yourself for it → You recognise the exact mechanism that blocks you, and the move that unblocks it
You doubt every choice, subject, course, study group → You have a concrete marker to decide in seconds
Your Cornell notebook, you fill it in « like everyone else » → You know exactly how YOU should fill each zone, and at what pace

Every key to who you are, in one document. Yours.

How it works

This isn't a document you close after the exam. It's your user's manual, for as long as your studies last.

Before you decide

Frequent questions

I don't know my exact time of birth. Is that a problem?
It can change some details of your chart. If you don't have it, you can find it on your full birth certificate, which the registry office of your place of birth can issue at no cost.
Do I need to have the book or the notebook already?
No. The guide reads on its own. It simply makes even more sense if you already have the Cornell method in hand.
Is my data confidential?
Your birth details and your answers to the questionnaire are used only to prepare your guide.
