No data is collected on this site. There is no form here, no customer account, no basket. Every form is hosted by Systeme.io, and you leave this site the moment you click on one.

Your email address

To order the Réussis Comme Toi guide

In addition to the first name and the email address:

Your date of birth
Your time of birth
Your place of birth
Your answers to the questionnaire about your study situation

Those three birth details are used only to draw up your Human Design chart. The questionnaire answers are used only to adapt the guide to your situation.

Why this data is used, and on what basis

The notebook offered: Your first name and your email address are used to send you the notebook, then to keep you posted on Cornell Premium news. Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up and withdrawable at any time by unsubscribing.
The Réussis Comme Toi guide: Your data is used to produce and deliver the guide you ordered. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract.

Automated processing and human involvement

An artificial intelligence tool is used in the production of the personalised guide, from your chart and your answers.

Every guide is read through by a human before it is sent. No decision producing legal effects, or significantly affecting you, is taken in a fully automated way.

How long your data is kept

Email address: Kept until you unsubscribe.
Date, time and place of birth, and questionnaire answers: Deleted 30 days after your guide is delivered.
Accounting records linked to an order: Kept for the statutory retention periods that apply to accounting documents.

Who else sees your data

Your data is never sold, rented or exchanged. It is processed by the following providers, only for the purposes described above.

Systeme.io: Collecting sign-ups and orders, taking payment, sending emails and files.

Minors

The carnet de découverte is open from 15 years old. Below 15, the agreement of a holder of parental authority is required.

A minor can only order the Réussis Comme Toi guide with the agreement of a parent or a holder of parental authority.

Your rights

You have the following rights over the data that concerns you:

Access: to know what data is held and to get a copy of it.
Rectification: to have an inaccurate piece of data corrected.
Erasure: to ask for your data to be deleted.
Objection: to object to a processing operation, in particular to receiving emails.
Portability: to receive your data in a machine readable format.
Restriction: to ask for a processing operation to be frozen while it is checked.

Fonts and external resources

The typefaces used on this site are hosted on the site's own server. No request is sent to Google Fonts or any other third party service when a page loads. Your IP address is therefore not passed to anyone other than the site's host.
