These terms apply to any order placed with Cornell Premium. By confirming your order, you accept them.

2 · What these terms cover

These terms cover the products sold or given directly by Cornell Premium:

Réussis Comme Toi, a personal guide in PDF format, produced from your Human Design chart and your answers to a questionnaire.
The carnet de découverte, 27 pages in PDF format, given without payment in exchange for an email sign-up.

The book Zéro Bachotage and the Cornell Premium notebooks are not sold on this site. They are ordered on Amazon, and Amazon's own terms of sale apply.

3 · Prices

The Réussis Comme Toi guide is offered at €37 for the first 50 orders, then €87.

The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. The carnet de découverte is given as a gift: no payment method is asked for.

4 · Ordering

Orders are placed on a page hosted by Systeme.io, which this site links to. There you enter your details, answer the questionnaire, check the summary, then confirm and pay.

The sale is concluded when the payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is then sent to you.

Cornell Premium reserves the right to refuse an order that is clearly abnormal, or one from a customer with an ongoing payment dispute.

5 · Payment

Cornell Premium never has access to your bank details. They are handled directly by the payment provider.

6 · Delivery

The Réussis Comme Toi guide is delivered by email, in PDF format, to the address you gave when ordering.

The carnet de découverte is sent by email immediately after you sign up.

If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then write to . It will be sent again at no cost.

7 · Right of withdrawal

The Réussis Comme Toi guide is personalised digital content, produced specifically from your birth details and your answers. It is not supplied on a physical medium.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French consumer code, when you order:

you expressly ask for performance to begin before the end of the fourteen day withdrawal period;
you expressly waive your right of withdrawal;
you acknowledge losing that right as soon as the guide is delivered.

As long as the guide has not been delivered to you, you can cancel your order and be refunded in full, by writing to .

8 · Legal guarantees

Independently of these terms, you have the benefit of the legal guarantee of conformity, articles L.224-25-12 and following of the French consumer code for digital content, and of the guarantee against hidden defects, articles 1641 and following of the French civil code.

If the file delivered is unreadable, incomplete, or does not match what the sales page describes, write to . The file will be corrected or replaced.

9 · Liability

What Cornell Premium sells are learning and self-knowledge tools. They are not medical advice, not therapeutic support, and not careers guidance. Human Design is a personal development tool, with no scientific validation.

No academic result is promised or guaranteed. The effects depend on what you put into practice.

Cornell Premium cannot be held responsible for a temporary unavailability of the site, nor for the content of the third party sites it links to.

10 · Personal data

What data is collected, how it is used, how long it is kept and what your rights are is set out in the privacy policy.

11 · Consumer mediation

In case of a dispute, first send a written complaint to . If no solution is found, you can refer the matter, at no cost, to a consumer mediator.

12 · Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.

Where a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the French courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring the matter before the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded, or the court of the place where the harmful event occurred, in accordance with article R.631-3 of the French consumer code.

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one online when you place it. The date they were last updated is shown at the top of the page.
